Kristy and her brother, David Michael are also dealing with their dog, Louie getting old and sick. On top of that, Kristy’s neighbor, Shannon is also trying to meddle in Kristy’s babysitting jobs. There are some kids dealing with chick-pox too and another family is expecting a baby. Would the Baby-Sitters Club be able to handle everything?
This was a nice addition teaching everyone to be kind and patient. There’s also a part about grieving for your pet. I also like how the Baby-Sitters Club is always ready to give everyone a second chance. But I didn’t enjoy it as much as I had wanted to because there was a lot going on. Some of the things could have been easily skipped completely as they added nothing to this story or could have been added into another novel. The art was colorful and lively as always. I liked the humor too. Overall, it is not the worst in the series and is still enjoyable.
