When her friend and guy she kissed Luke shows up at the training academy, the story follows their interactions across missions and surviving classes in combat and survival skills. That ending! Ahhhhhh, this was an adventure, thrilling and exciting read. Reagan was not just fighting with her mind but also torn between following the rules and doing what she feels is right. The events in this book do follow on from the ending of book one (You Don’t Know My Name) but it was easy to read and follow the storyline without having to refer back to the first book. I liked Reagan as a character as well as the missions that she and the rest of the trainees at the training academy participated in. Luke as a character did frustrate me at times, however, the fast-paced ride definitely kept me excited to read on to the very end! …more
